Are cats and dogs allowed?*

Absolutely! The security deposit (which varies depending on the unit) will reflect having a pet but no restrictions on size. There will be a monthly charges:

Dog older than an year: $30/month

Dog younger than a year: $45/month

Subsequent dog older than a year: $10/month

Cat: $40/month

Subsequent cat: $20/month

What is included in the rent?

We will maintain the curb appeal, including mowing the lawn and keeping landscaping tidy! Garbage for most of our properties is also included, we will specify if it is not. We have washer and dryers in each unit, personal to each unit.

What utilities will I (the tenant) have to pay?

Any utility that fluctuates with usage. Depending on the property, it could be natural gas, propane, electric, wifi, water, sewer etc. Not all properties will have gas but if they do it will be the tenants responsibility.

How do I apply? How do I pay?

Head to our all properties page and find a property that works for you! Once you have made your selection, clicking on it will take you to it’s RentRedi profile and from there you submit for the screening and then application. Payments are also received through there, you can use a bank account or credit card. At this point in time we only accept payments through the app. Once you start the process with us, RentRedi will walk though how to use the app, and it will be your one stop shop-to pay, to submit maintenance issues or to reach out to us.

What are the lease lengths?

Typically we will be renting properties out on a 12 month lease but are open to accommodating other preferences. We will be adding short term rentals to our portfolio as well.

Is smoking allowed?

No. It will also not be allowed anywhere in or on the property or even within 25ft of the property. Violation of this rule could lead to eviction even if it is a guest.

How do I sell you my property or share my lead with you?

So excited you had us in mind as you’re planning to sell or sharing some else who is trying to sell their property! You are welcome to call us directly (717-942-1022) or submit the form below. We are looking for multifamily homes, either in need of work or ready to rent. We are looking for single family homes also in need of repair or ready to rent. We currently are only navigating the south central PA/northern MD market, planning to expand into NY, ME, AK.

*All pets in the house will be subject to these fees no matter their classification. Any unreported pet could be grounds for termination of the lease. Any pet other than cats/dogs are approved on a case by case basis. All pet records, including dog license, will need to be on file with the lease to be allowed to have a pet. If records are not adequate that is grounds for denial. Number of pets specific to each unit.
